The switch to driving a fully electric car comes with zero emissions , more affordable running costs and government incentives.
For more information on applying for your SEAI grant and making the switch to an electric vehicle, contact your local Renault dealer.
Government incentives include:
Up to €5,000 SEAI grant depending on the RRP of the vehicle up until 30th of June 2023
From the 1st of July 2023 the new SEAI grant will be reduced to €3,500
Annual motor tax reduced to €120 per year
Reduced tolls
Up to €600 towards the purchase of a home charger
Benefit in Kind (BIK)
Where a company provides a battery electric vehicle (BEV) to staff as their company car there is reduced BIK for the staff member.
0% BIK is available on all BEV on the first €45,000 and without any mileage restrictions.
