Communicate with your car, through your smartphone, tablet or computer and remotely monitor your charging status and driving range, locate charge points and get driving tips, on My Connect*.


With My E-Tech Interactive* you can start the charging process with your phone, pre-condition your car and set a charging schedule to make most of off-peak energy tariffs. Log into My E-Tech Online or speak to your local dealer to activate the service for your ZOE.

This new R-Link application enables you to find selected chargepoints on your journey, with details on availability, opening times, payment method and charging speed**. Journey planning with ZOE is now easier than every before, providing you with all the information you need.

Renault ZOE Optimise your route

Optimise your route with the TomTom® service

View an estimate of your E-Tech vehicle's driving range with Carminat TomTom® LIVE. In guidance mode, 2 routes will be proposed depending on your battery charge level (direct route or via a charging station).


The Eco-Route mode will calculate a route including a nearby charge point, enabling you to optimise the time and quality of your journeys.

R-LINK Store

Locate public charging points with one click

R-LINK enables you to locate the charging points near your Renault E-Tech.


Accessible from your vehicle or at home, this service enables you to update or purchase applications to enhance your R-LINK multimedia system.


Reliable and practical, this area enables you to record your credit card details securely. You can then make purchases directly from your vehicle without having to enter your details for each addition.

Renault Z.E. Warranty

3 years Renault E-Tech Warranty

  • Your vehicle is covered by a warranty package for up to 3 years
  • The first 2 years are unlimited mileage, followed by a further 1 year up to 200,000 km.
  • Your dealer is able to repair or replace, without charge, parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect that is recognised by Renault.
  • ZOE paintwork warranty runs for 3 years and the anti-corrosion warranty for 12 years.

Renault E-Tech Assistance

Should you need it, we’ll provide emergency roadside repairs or tow you to the nearest Renault E-Tech Dealer. This service is available 24 hours a day and is provided for the duration of the battery lease.


For the ‘i’ version where the traction battery is not leased, Renault E-Tech Assistance applies for a period of 48 months from the date of first registration. Assistance is provided at roadside, home and includes national recovery and onward travel.


European cover is provided for 36 months from date of first registration. Renault E-Tech Assistance applies to mechanical or electrical defects which are covered by warranty.


For E-Tech vehicles with a Battery Hire Contract the Renault Assistance cover is linked to the period of the Battery Hire Contract with RCI Financial Services Ltd.

E-Tech servicing contract

Take advantage of Renault’s suite of Service Plans available over two or three years.


The 2 year/20,000 mile (whichever comes first) Service Plan is available at the recommended retail price of £249 and the 3 year/30,000 mile Service Plan available at £459.


The Renault Service Plan covers the manufacturer’s minimum service and maintenance programme requirements including parts, labour and VAT, but excluding normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, windscreen wipers or tyres for the period chosen.
