Cedar Motors are responsible for distributing the full range of Renault and Dacia new cars, electric vehicles and light commercial vehicles within the Republic of Ireland.

Cedar Motors and Nissan Ireland are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service and Warranty Support agent with opportunities to train and develop within a large motor distributor group. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this role will be responsible for responding to a variety of customer queries received across multiple channels.

  • respond to a variety of customer queries received across multiple channels
  • complete general warranty administration and overview tasks where necessary, specific training will be provided
  • provide support to our B2B clients in relation to Customer Service & Warranty processes
  • you will have the opportunity to be involved in an expanding team, and to work to improve the quality of their customer care and warranty standards
  • this role will provide clear progression to the right candidate and will help you to move your career to the next level
  • the core hours will be Mon – Fri, 08:30am to 5:00pm
key responsibilities
  • handle customer queries received from multiple channels
  • understand and respond to customer needs, exceeding customers expectations at all times
  • review warranty claims and payments with clients
  • present and maintain customer service & warranty reports
  • deal with customer and warranty related queries from our B2B customers
  • operate as part of a dynamic and continuously evolving team working to meet set standards
  • display personal ownership in handling customer enquiries
knowledge and skills
  • we are looking for highly motivated and passionate person
  • customer service experience within the motor industry would be ideal, however training will be provided
  • understanding customers needs and skilfully communicating in a professional and personable manner is a must
  • you should be confident and adept at working in a changing environment
  • proven customer handling experience would be ideal
