Please check with your dealer before making any commitments.Whilst we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information on the site is the most recent and correct, from time to time the specifications of vehicles, services and prices can change without notice. Because of the interactive nature of the site the configuration is for illustration purposes only. You should therefore contact your dealer for definite details.

 

 

Manufacturers Recommended Retail Prices - New Vehicles

The prices stated are those taken from the latest Renault Ireland recommended retail prices described in the Car Price Guide ex Rosslare, include VAT & VRT but exclude dealer delivery & related charges. All other products or services supplied by agreement between you and your dealer are not included. Your new Renault is covered by a 5-year unlimited mileage warranty package. This requires full servicing history according to Renault approved standards. Please refer to owners handbook or your local dealer for your vehicles specific servicing requirements. Paintwork is also guaranteed for 3 years while the anti corrosion warranty runs for 12 years. In addition, the 5 years Renault AA Roadside Assistance plan ensures prompt help anytime in the Republic of Ireland should you be unlucky enough to experience a mechanical or electrical fault en route. RETAIL PRICE Please note that the "dealer asking price" or "windscreen price" is not necessarily the price a consumer would actually pay, as it may be the subject of negotiation, discount or an extra allowance on the value of your own car. It will also vary depending on any special offers applicable at the time, condition, length of warranty and any options and extras that may be fitted.

The Code of Conduct for Business Lending to Small and Medium Enterprises

Please read the following if you are an existing or prospective borrower.

 

 

Glossary:

In this document the following terms bear the following meanings:

“Agreement” – means any of the following credit products provided by RCI Banque Branch Ireland t/a Renault Finance: (i) Consumer Hire Purchase (ii) Leasing (iii) Business Hire Purchase 
“SME Customer” – means and enterprise or business that employs fewer than 250 persons and which has an annual turnover not exceeding 50 million and/or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €43 million. 
“ We”, “us”, “our” , “Renault Finance” – means RCI Banque Branch Ireland, trading as Renault Finance 
“ you”, “your”, “borrower” – means an SME Customer

 

 

Initial Financial Difficulties:

If your Agreement falls into arrears, we will endeavour to seek out the best possible outcome for both parties. In such circumstances we generally: 

 

1. give you reasonable time to resolve your arrears problem 
2. review your circumstances to assist you in resolving your arrears situation. This may include us requesting information to get an overall view of your situation. These will include – 
(i) up to date company accounts and/or up to date management accounts up to date information on any outstanding creditors 
(ii) up to date information on any outstanding debtors

 

 

Continued Financial Difficulties:

We will endeavour to assist you in overcoming your arrears situation with us, this may include proposing a temporary or permanent repayment arrangement. However, in cases where you are un-willing to enter into any repayment arrangement we propose, in cases where no repayment arrangement is proposed, you may make an appeal to this decision in writing to our Credit Review Appeals Department at the below address.

 

It is of vital importance that you remain in constant contact and co-operate with us during any period where your account remains in arrears, or if you suspect that your account may fall into arrears in the near future.

 

Allowing your account to fall into, and remain, in arrears will have a negative affect on your credit rating. This will affect any future credit proposals with both us and other finance houses in a negative manner.

 

Please note that any steps outlined, proposed or other steps taken in such circumstances are without prejudice to our legal and/or regulatory obligations and/or legal rights arising from such circumstances. They are also dependant on your co-operation in meeting any requests we make of you relating to your arrears situation.

 

 

Charges and Fees Relating to Arrears:

When your account falls into arrears additional penalty fees and charges will be applied to your account:

 

(i) A charge of €10 will be debited to your account for the issue of a second arrears letter
(ii) A charge of €10 will be debited to your account for the issue of a third arrears letter
(iii)A charge of €50 will be debited to your account for any visit by us, or our appointed agents, to your last known address to ascertain information relating to your arrears situation.

 

The above fees and charges are also outlined in the terms and conditions of your contract.
