Scenic E-Tech electric’s modular AmpR medium platform and its innovative configurations offer a better weight distribution and a very low centre of gravity. This allows for an increase in weight and ensures dynamic and responsive driving.

This technology offers a number of advantages, including smoother, less demanding driving, especially in urban environments. It also contributes to improved driving range through energy recovery. Accelerate and decelerate your vehicle with a single pedal. When released, Scenic E-Tech electric gradually slows down to a complete stop, optimising regenerative braking. To regain speed, simply press the pedal again.

Renault Scenic E-Tech electric lets you travel up to 400 km on the motorway with a fully charged battery. This is made possible by a design that is focused on driving range, its highly efficient motor and the smart management of its consumption.

With its energy recovery system, Renault Scenic E-Tech electric charges its battery when slowing down or when you press the brake pedal. Five levels of regenerative braking, accessible via the steering wheel-mounted paddles*, adapt to the road conditions encountered or the habits of the driver, effectively increasing the electric driving range.

With its standard 11kW or 22 kW¹ charger, it's easy to charge Scenic E-Tech Electric anywhere. Every time you stop is an opportunity to charge: recover up to 50% driving range in ~2 hrs². It has never been so easy to get where you want to go.

Renault Scenic E-Tech electric is perfectly suited to long journeys, travelling and holidays. With its DC fast charging system, which is compatible with the European networks, the vehicle can recover up to 2 hours of motorway driving in 30 minutes*.
The “long driving range” battery offers an improved power curve, that is more stable over time. Fast charging from 15 to 80%, to recover 57 kWh, takes just 37 minutes.
*150 kW DC fast charging point for 2 hours of motorway driving at an average speed of 110 km/h.
optimising electric travel
Take advantage of connected features designed for electric journeys: Scenic E-Tech electric offers battery temperature pre-conditioning to help you charge more quickly. With a route programmed on Google Maps, including the selection of charging points, the vehicle automatically adapts the battery temperature to maximise charging power and advises you on the target percentage to recover. Ideal for optimising your journey during winter.

a range designed for all uses
Two battery sizes are available for Scenic E-Tech electric:
- The long-range battery with a capacity of 87 kWh, offering up to 625 km of range (standard WLTP). Perfect for all kinds of journeys, including up to 400 km on the motorway without charging (setting off with a full battery).
- The comfort-range battery has a capacity of 60 kWh, offering a range of up to 430 km (WLTP standard). Perfectly suited to everyday use, while still allowing motorway travel if required.
repairability and durability
The battery, which is specifically adapted to the AmpR medium platform, is eco-designed to facilitate repairs and recycling.
The electric expertise that Renault has acquired over more than 10 years helps to maximise the battery’s lifetime, which is guaranteed for 8 years or 160,000 km.
*Battery made up of 12 modules that can be individually exchanged in more than 20 repair centres in Europe.

Various exclusive systems secure the batteries and make any necessary interventions easier.
- “Fireman Access” helps the emergency services put out a battery fire in just a few minutes.
- The pyro switch solution automatically disconnects the battery from the high-voltage power supply in the event of an accident, to guarantee firefighters' electrical safety.
recycling and refurbishment
At the end of the vehicle’s life, depending on its condition, the battery may be refurbished, reused to store energy in other uses, or recycled. More than 90% of the cobalt, nickel and lithium will then be recycled in a closed loop* to produce new batteries.
