The Marketing Department are responsible for building marketing campaigns and the offers strategy. The Marketing Executive will provide support to the Marketing Manager and Brand Communications Manager in these activities covering both the Renault and Dacia brand. You will be involved with Dealer advertising, website development and management, social media for the brand. Additionally you will be compiling weekly management reports including website stats and lead generation as well as campaign tracking.

There is always support available if needed and I have had the opportunity to get an insight into how each department functions. No week is the same and I am constantly being challenged and pushed to further my experience, from working with Advertising, Digital and PR Agencies on a day to day basis to being on-site organising and attending events I have developed a broad range of skills and knowledge. I have been made to feel so welcome this year that I no longer feel like a student on placement but another member of the Renault Ireland team"
The Finance Department assists within the following departments:
- Sales Ledger and Vehicle Tracking
- Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Payroll and Facilities
The Finance Department is responsible for managing and monitoring the commercial programmes to maximise company profitability, including timely and accurate preparation of monthly invoicing, provision of monthly management reporting and the safeguarding of company assets.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will work primarily, but not exclusively, in the area of Sales Ledger and Vehicle Tracking. Due to the small size of the team, you will be expected to assist in all areas of the Finance Department from time to time.

The Sales Department is responsible for the Sales volumes of Renault and Dacia cars and vans in Ireland to all types of customers, Retail and Fleet. Our goal is to ensure we reach our objectives in terms of Volume and Profit by deploying actions and programmes. The customer experience is pivotal and we work to ensure it is excellent every time and supports the brand image. As the Assistant, Sales Performance you will support the Sales & Network Development Manager, Fleet Department and Field Team. You will be involved in Sales/Performance reporting), preparation of presentations, reports and analysis on Sales and Network activity and communication to our Field Teams and Dealer Network.

The After Sales Department of Renault Ireland are responsible for setting the aftersales marketing strategy for the company and the development and deployment of short-medium term sales and marketing actions to grow parts turnover. Customer satisfaction is a key responsibility of Aftersales dept. in Ireland in tandem with RUK.
The Assistant Aftersales Marketing will support the activities of Aftersales team in Ireland. You will be conducting market and segment analysis and will be responsible for ad hoc studies e.g. competitor benchmarking. Additionally you will compile weekly aftersales performance analysis for the Renault management team and provide Dealer network with performance reports and presentations on the Quarter and bi-monthly programmes.

"I am working in the After sales department, which is a department where you learn a lot. You can see that the automobile industry is much broader than you expect when you start the placement. My tasks are quite diverse, from providing some analysis to my director to working with suppliers to provide efficient tools to help to improve the aftersales performance in every dealership in our network. I like the atmosphere and the fact that I can work with many different people. I also have the opportunity to go in the field or visit our suppliers which I really enjoy."
