about the job

We are currently looking for a Sales & Network Co-Ordinator to join our team at Parkwest, Dublin 12. Reporting to the Sales & Network Business Manager, this role will be responsible for reporting and measurement of targets, programmes and actions to support the overall company KPIs.

key responsibilities
  • to be part of the Sales team deploying and implementing commercial initiatives to increase performance within the Dealer Network to achieve vehicle sales (Renault PC, LCV and Dacia), quality (VOC/Reputation) and other objectives
  • management of the Sales Dept reporting by brand, model, channel and segment to support achievement of overall volume performance and input into programmes and commercial action planning
  • to manage all channels of communication between the Sales Dept, Cedar Motors Limited (Renault and Dacia) and the Dealer Network
  • manage production of content for strategic meetings and Dealer events including the annual Dealer Meeting/Conference 
  • analysis of achievement vs Sales Targets and follow up with the Business Manager / Network Development Manager
  • represent the Sales Department in specific commercial meetings when required eg working groups, launch groups, deployment meetings etc
  • responsible for the maintenance and upload of data, plus weekly reporting to the Dealer Network to support the achievement of the VOC (Voice of the Customer) KPI
  • manage Dealer Bonus and Dealer incentive programmes, including co-ordination of payments summary to the Finance Dept
  • ad hoc project management
  • any other tasks as required by the Sales & Network Business Manager
requirements
  • high level of written, verbal and presentation skills. Competent in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • strong reporting and analysis skills to assess and measure Cedar Motors Limited and Dealership performances on all KPIs
  • proven ability to develop and leverage strong relationships
  • previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • full, clean driver’s license
