At Renault Ireland we look for graduates with the potential to lead in a highly competitive environment.

You will be part of the established Renault Group Graduate programme working from our office in Dublin. We recognise the importance of creating the right environment for graduates to thrive and develop in the early part of their career.


Designed to fast track graduates into management, as a Renault graduate you can expect to:


  • Experience a number of different business disciplines
  • Gain a detailed understanding of our operation
  • Cultivate an extensive network of contacts
  • Develop the skills required for your first management role


It doesn’t stop there though, our training team are committed to supporting and developing you throughout your career.


Entrant Requirements:


To succeed on a Renault Graduate Programme you need a passion for business and to be able to adapt quickly and make an impression in placements across our key business areas. You don’t need to be a petrol head but we are looking for people who share our brand vision and core values.  You need to enjoy getting involved, be open-minded to ideas and opinions and be able to build trusting work relationships.


  • Good standard of Maths and English
  • Attained a 2.1 University Degree – any discipline or final year students require 300 Min UCAS Points and must be on track for a 2.1 degree
  • Experience of working in an office/sales environment is essential, ideally an industrial placement
  • French Language skills are an advantage
  • Flexible regarding location, willingness to travel

Phone interviews

March/April 2020

The next stage is a telephone interview and some aptitude tests.


We want to know more about you as a person and see if we think you’re the right fit for us and it's a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you have. 

Assessment day

May 2020

Come and meet us on our assessment day.


We've seen what you're like on paper, now we'd like to meet you in person. The assessment day is a great opportunity for us to assess your suitability for our programme and for you to discover Groupe Renault. You'll have opportunities throughout the day to ask any questions you have. 

Final selection

May 2020

We promise this isn't as scary as it sounds!


At this stage firm offers will be made for a start date of September 2020.
