Renault's solution
- Renault manufacturer warranty : free of charge part repair and labour, assistance 24h/24 in case of an immobilising failure, repair on the spot and auto towing. All our new vehicles come with warranty protection, providing worry-free motoring for 3 years or 100 000 kms (150 000 kms for Laguna, Koleos and Espace IV).
- Three year warranty for paint : restoring to the original state the damaged elements of the paint established by the manufacturer, with consideration of the overall state of a car.
- 12-year warranty against corrosion : without the limit of mileage, on condition of conducting regular anti-corrosion controls - every two years, with mileage established in the maintenance book and in the warranty card.
- One year warranty for spare parts and labour : reserved for Renault cars, all the repairs of which have been conducted by Renault, even after the expiry of manufacturer's warranty.
Service details
The one year warranty for replacement parts and labour is valid for all repairs conducted by our network. We are obliged to provide you with proper reception and expertise and to preserve the manufacturer's warranty in case of resale, on the same conditions as during the purchase.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
The Renault Extended Warranty for new vehicles is designed by Renault to provide you with ongoing protection from mechanical and electrical failure after the original warranty has expired.
Renault's solution
Renault already provides one of the best ‘bumper to bumper’ warranty covers on the Irish market, with its current 3-year warranty including 3-year AA roadside assist covering up to 100,000 KM, and up to 150,000KM on Laguna, Koleos and Espace models. The new Renault For You programme will enable Renault customers to extend their manufacturer warranty from the current 3-year warranty to up to 5-years unlimited mileage. This 5-year warranty will include fully comprehensive breakdown assistance cover which includes in particular; nationwide recovery, home assist, over night accommodation, 24-hour hire vehicle and a dedicated 24-hour help-line. If you sell your Renault sooner than expected, you can transfer the benefits of Extended Warranty for New Vehicles completely free of charge to the new owner (as long as it’s a private sale). This can add significantly to the resale value of your Renault.
